Our award winning ribs are cooked using special techniques to lock in the fruity cherry wood flavor as well as the natural juices of the ribs themselves. As these flavors meld together with our own rubs we bake on our delicious BBQ sauce until the meat is falling off the bone and dissolving into your mouth. The Kobe Beef
This unique Japanese breed of cow is fed on beer and given several massages a day... (what? I want to be a Kobe cow in my next life!) We then take the inside round rub it down in thirty six spices and herbs and slow cook it in the kettle grill. The result is a melt in your mouth taste experience that you will never forget.
